Every review on Legal Eva comes from an enrolled learner, every success story is published with written consent, and every claim in our ads can be backed by evidence we keep on file.
1. Reviews and ratings
1.1 Only learners who enrolled in a course can review it. Reviews show the learner’s name or initials, the course and the date, with a “Verified learner” badge.
1.2 We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We remove a review only if it is unlawful, abusive, spam, reveals personal data, is unrelated to the course, or is shown to be fake. We do not edit the meaning of a review.
1.3 We do not pay for reviews or offer rewards for positive ones. If we ever give an incentive for leaving a review (of any rating), the review is labelled as incentivised.
1.4 Ratings display the full distribution of stars, and the default sort order is explained on the page (for example, most recent first).
2. Testimonials and success stories
2.1 We use a learner’s name, photograph, video, quote, employer or result only after the learner gives written consent, after the result is achieved.
2.2 Each success story states which course the learner took, its duration, whether it was paid or free, and when it was completed.
2.3 We never present fictional, stock-photo or AI-generated people as real learners.
2.4 Learners may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@legaleva.com; we remove the story from channels we control within 7 days.
3. Our advertising standards
We do not:
- claim 100% selection, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed salaries or ranks, or other outcomes we cannot substantiate;
- publish outcome figures without the course, period, sample size and method;
- create false urgency or scarcity, such as fake countdown timers or invented seat limits;
- show a struck-through price unless it is the lowest price charged in the previous 30 days;
- call something “free” if there is a hidden charge;
- exaggerate instructor qualifications, infrastructure, partnerships, accreditations or recognition;
- use another company’s logo or name to imply partnership or endorsement without written permission; or
- disparage competitors.
Where an ad needs a disclaimer, it appears in the same language and font size as the claim and is easy to see. We also follow the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code.
4. Influencers, affiliates and brand ambassadors
4.1 Anyone we pay or reward to promote Legal Eva, in money, free courses or any other benefit, must clearly disclose it at the start of the post or video (for example “#ad”, “#sponsored” or “paid partnership”).
4.2 Endorsers must have genuinely used or reviewed what they promote, and may use only claims we have approved.
4.3 We monitor partner content and end partnerships that break these rules.
5. Report a misleading ad
If you think any of our ads or reviews is misleading, write to info@legaleva.com. We will review it and correct or withdraw it where needed.
