Our courses teach skills. Your results depend on your own effort, background, the job market and decisions made by employers and examining bodies, so we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
1. No guarantee of jobs or results
Unless a separate written agreement with you says otherwise, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, a salary or salary increase, promotion, admission to any institution, passing any external exam, or any rank.
2. How to read our outcome figures
2.1 Any outcome figure we publish states the course, the period, the number of learners counted (sample size), how the data was collected and whether it was independently verified. For example: “80% of the 50 learners who completed COMPASS LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION between JANUARY 2026 and DECEMBER 2026 and opted into career services reported a job offer within 6 months of completion. Self-reported data, verified by AI against offer letters.”
2.2 Past outcomes do not predict future results.
2.3 Testimonials describe individual experiences. Each one is published with the learner’s written consent and states the course they took and when.
3. Career services and hiring partners
Hiring partners are independent companies. They decide whom to interview and hire. Listing a company as a hiring partner means we have a working arrangement with it, not that it will hire our learners.
4. Nature of our certificates
UNI FinTech Private Ltd or it’s brand LEGAL EVA is not a university or a statutory educational institution. Our certificates are certificates of completion issued by us. They are not degrees, diplomas or qualifications recognised by the UGC, AICTE, NCVET or any university, unless a course page expressly names a partner institution and its approval. 5. Third-party names and certifications
Names such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce and their logos are trade marks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe what a course covers. Unless stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies, and passing their certification exams is subject to their own rules.
6. Not professional advice
Courses on finance, investing, trading, law, tax, health or similar subjects are for education only. They are not investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and our instructors do not act as your advisers. We do not provide stock tips or buy/sell recommendations.
7. Accuracy of content
We take care to keep content accurate and current, but software, tools and laws change. Check official documentation before relying on a specific command, setting or rule in production or in a legal matter.
8. AI-generated content
Some explanations, practice questions, summaries and feedback are generated or assisted by AI and reviewed by our team. AI output may contain errors. Synthetic audio or video, such as AI avatar presenters, is labelled.
