These terms apply to every discount, coupon, referral reward, scholarship and contest run by UNI FinTech Private Limited, in addition to the specific terms published with each offer.
1. Offers and coupons
1.1 Each offer states the eligible courses, start and end dates and times (IST), and any limits. Stated end dates and seat limits are real.
1.2 Discounts are shown against the prior price, meaning the lowest price in the 30 days before the offer was announced.
1.3 One coupon per order unless the offer says coupons can be combined. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
1.4 We may end or change an offer early only for future purchases. Orders already paid keep the offer price.
1.5 If an offer is misused (for example, bulk-created accounts or coupon resale), we may cancel the affected orders with a full refund.
2. Referral programme (if any)
2.1 Share your referral link from your dashboard. When a new learner (the referee) buys an eligible course using your link and the refund window for that purchase has passed, you earn As per Company Policy - credits and the referee gets % off – as per Company Policy their first purchase.
2.2 Maximum as per Company Policy Time to Time rewarded referrals per year. Self-referrals, referrals between accounts of the same person, and referrals obtained through spam, fake reviews, paid search ads on our brand name, or misleading claims are not rewarded.
2.3 You may share your link only with people who would welcome it. Do not send bulk unsolicited SMS, WhatsApp or emails.
2.4 Credits can be used only on LEGAL EVA and expire 12 months after they are earned. Cash rewards, where offered, are paid to your verified bank account and may be subject to tax, including deduction of tax at source where the law requires.
2.5 If a referee’s purchase is refunded, the related reward is reversed.
3. Scholarships and financial aid
3.1 Each scholarship publishes its eligibility criteria, the documents required, the selection process, the number of awards and the fee reduction.
3.2 Applications are assessed by a committee against the published criteria. We tell every applicant the outcome; unsuccessful applicants may ask for a review once.
3.3 Documents submitted are used only to assess the application and are deleted 90 days after the decision, unless you are awarded the scholarship, in which case they are kept for 3 years for audit.
3.4 If an award was obtained through false information, we may withdraw it and recover the fee waived, after giving you a chance to respond.
4. Contests, quizzes and hackathons
4.1 Contests are skill-based and free to enter. Winners are chosen by published criteria and a named jury or objective scoring, not by chance.
4.2 Prizes are as described; taxes on prizes are handled as the law requires. We may ask winners for identity and tax details before handing over prizes.
4.3 Entries remain the entrant’s property; we may display them with credit only if the contest rules say so and the entrant agrees.
5. General
If there is a conflict between these terms and the specific terms of an offer, the specific terms prevail, unless they reduce your rights under consumer law. Disputes follow the Grievance Redressal Policy and the Terms of Use.
